BCIT Stands alone in BC as a premier Technical Institute for everything from Forestry to Finance to Engineering and Robotics. It stands to suit that their Student Association would need to be well equipped to properly advocate for their students.

For this project Heatherbrae Builders engaged to perform a full Tenant Improvement for the BCIT Student Association. 

An entire floor in SE2 was fully remodeled with Structural Office Glazing throughout. We utilized several product types to match the Designers vision for this cutting edge Office space. 

• Full Height boardroom glazing with Concealed Closures
• Entrance Doors with Hydraulic Closures and Electric Strikes
• Custom Painted White Boards
• Custom Fabricated Pen Trays
• Clerestory Windows to add indirect lighting to the individual offices. 
• Stunning Feature Boardroom Divider wall with custom millwork with a glass seal.
