I wandered into their store with pictures of our glass shower door hinge problem. The parts were not available. Parts ordered and expected two day turnaround. They called me back and said they could be at the house the following day. The two technicians showed up a few minutes early. Right to work, then the work was completed quicker than I expected. Island Glass is an excellent company. I received a measure and quote within a day and installation was perfect. From the first call to the install , everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
We re-tiled a shower and used Island Glass to reinstall the glass door and panel they had originally provided 15 years ago. They responded very promptly and arranged for technicians to come to the house very quickly. The technicians spent almost 3 hours getting the old glass perfect (including countersinking screws to get another few mm) so we wouldn't have to purchase a new door and glass panel. They were polite and pleasant and an absolute delight. We would be very happy to use Island Glass again.

I was looking for a certain glass for my kitchen cabinets. I tried a few companies until I remembered that a decade ago I used the service of Island Glass & Mirror for my bathroom. They have access to a very modern technology to attach the shower glass panels together, the glass on kitchen cabinets and shower was a very good quality, the installation crew was in time and very efficient. Great quality with reasonable pricing. We had a few contractors come in to give quotes but Brody was the most thorough, thoughtful and was able to answer all of our questions. One glass door panel of main bath shower mysteriously exploded in the center and shattered upwards on a Friday around noontime. It was awful and remaining 2/3 making rattling cracks sounds. Luckily no one was upstairs when it exploded and Island Glass sent two crew within an hour to remove remaining glasses. Their prompt response kept us safe. Installation of new glass panel completed the same month. We had them replaced our en suite glass shelf of shampoo niche to make it better looking and clean. Good quality of glasses, precise installation, very friendly company and service crew to work with. Reasonable pricing highly recommend.

When our sliding glass door broke unexpectedly while we were out of town, the team at Island Glass responded promptly and with kindness to get our window fixed as soon as possible. They could have had it replaced before we got home, but were patient as we looked at all options. Two outstanding experiences with this team. In both cases, we needed a custom size and framed mirror for bathrooms. The team at Island Glass built it in one case and built and installed it in the other. The team from sales to installation is absolutely wonderful. Very fair prices.
